     Step back in time to our magical Georgian manor house and formal stone walled garden and horse farm. 

We offer 3 options for your celebration: 

Gardens, Grounds, and Suite for The Big Day

1. Use of the estate grounds, gardens, and your base camp for the day including exclusive access of the mansion for the bridal party, including the bridal suite, bathroom, dressing room and covered veranda for the bride and maids and the bourbon bar, pub room, and full bathroom with shower for the groom and his men. 

Up to 75 Guests $5000.00.

 

The Mansion as Your Bridal Sleepover

Base Camp

When Your Celebration Guest List is a Cast of Thousands Off Site:

2. Use of the 6 suite Mansion for 10 overnight guests for 2 nights (including the bridal suite dressing room and Bourbon Pub for the bridal party and groomsmen for dressing and pre-game) The Chef curates one full breakfast for all overnight guests. Check-in on Noon Friday and Check out Noon Sunday

 $3000.00.

  (Additional 0vernight guests are $100.00 and additional breakfast guests up to 40 are $30.00 per guest.)

 

  THE MANSION AND THE WHOLE KIT AND CABOODLE

(there may be an upcharge if your vision of "local cuisine" includes lobster)

-Events under 60 may be produced completely in-house, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, real silver flatware and china; eliminating all rentals.

-2 Onsite wedding planners and logistics coordinators

     -Fairyhouse Hall allows guests to provide their own alcohol. 

NOTE: Fairyhouse Hall is a private club and is not open for public tours. Site visits are by appointment.
